US Weighs New Brake Rules After Toyota Recalls

Law360, New York (March 2, 2010, 6:08 PM EST) -- In the wake of massive Toyota Motor Corp. vehicle recalls, federal officials told U.S. Senate Commerce Committee members Tuesday that they were considering requiring electric brake override systems to be installed in many Toyota models and, potentially, all vehicles sold in the U.S.
