2nd Circ. Revives Power Co.'s Hudson Cleanup Suit

Law360, New York (March 1, 2010, 6:34 PM EST) -- A federal appeals court has ruled that issues over liability remain between Niagara Mohawk Power Corp. and defendants including Chevron USA Inc. in a cleanup dispute over a polluted site along the Hudson River, partially overturning a lower court's summary judgment ruling.
