DLA Piper Joins Forces With Brazilian Firm

Law360, New York (March 4, 2010, 6:02 PM EST) -- DLA Piper has begun working in cooperation with Brazilian law firm Campos Mello Advogados, part of the global firm's strategy to expand its South American presence.

Under the deal, announced Monday, Campos Mello Advogados will remain an independent firm. The deal allows DLA Piper to advise international companies doing business in Brazil, as well as Brazilian companies looking to expand internationally.
