Intel Should Show Foreign Docs: Special Master

Law360, New York (December 18, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- The special master overseeing discovery in the antitrust suit between Intel Corp. and Advanced Micro Devices Inc. has asked the court to force Intel to produce documents containing evidence of alleged foreign misconduct.

The report and recommendation, filed Dec. 15, was a boon for AMD in its effort to frame Intel’s overseas business dealings and sales transactions for so-called x86 microprocessors as monopolistic and exclusionary.
