Extradition Battle Boosts US Anti-Cartel Powers

Law360, New York (March 3, 2010, 3:51 PM EST) -- U.S. competition regulators are on the brink of securing their first extradition linked to an antitrust case, a victory that would further boost their reputation for aggressive enforcement and sharpen a key weapon in their cartel-fighting arsenal.
