Mayer Brown Adds Another USTR To Its Roster

Law360, New York (March 2, 2010, 5:32 PM EST) -- Former U.S. Trade Representative Susan Schwab has joined Mayer Brown LLP in the newly created position of strategic adviser, making her the second former USTR at the firm after partner Mickey Kantor.

Mayer Brown announced Schwab's hiring Tuesday, and said that she will work across practice groups and offices and counsel clients on a range of issues and policies.

Schwab served as USTR from 2006 to 2009 and as deputy USTR from 2005 to 2006. She began her career as a trade negotiator on agriculture issues...
