Law360, New York (March 3, 2010, 12:24 PM EST) -- A federal judge has upheld a $13.5 million jury verdict against Mead Johnson & Co. in a case alleging the infant nutrition giant falsely claimed its Enfamil Lipil baby formula was superior to store-brand versions, rejecting Mead’s bid for a new trial on damages.
