Sens. Want Private Energy Projects To Buy American

Law360, New York (March 4, 2010, 2:52 PM EST) -- Sens. Charles Schumer, D-N.Y.; Bob Casey, D-Pa.; Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio; and Jon Tester, D-Mont., are asking Obama administration officials to suspend clean-energy grant program payouts until Congress can consider legislation to mandate Buy American rules for private stimulus-funded projects.
