CIT Won't Let Trade Law Group Join Paper Duties Feud

Law360, New York (March 4, 2010, 3:15 PM EST) -- A federal judge has rejected a trade law group’s request to join the Association of American School Paper Suppliers’ lawsuit over anti-dumping duties on lined paper from China, deeming the proposed amicus brief’s allegations of fraudulent reporting redundant.
