3 Cos. Sue ITC For Cut Of Chinese Furniture Duties

Law360, New York (March 5, 2010, 1:59 PM EST) -- Three domestic furniture companies have launched lawsuits against the United States and the U.S. International Trade Commission, challenging the government's refusal to give them a cut of the anti-dumping duties assessed on wooden bedroom furniture from China for the fiscal year 2009.
