Law360, New York (March 5, 2010, 4:08 PM EST) -- Insisting that it had no knowledge of the existence of a patent for a plastic skirt on a deep fryer, Pentalpha Enterprises Ltd. has asked a federal appeals court to grant an en banc review of its decision to uphold a $4.88 million infringement award to French appliance maker SEB SA.
