Sens. Seek To Extend Tax Breaks For Wind Projects

Law360, New York (March 5, 2010, 11:45 AM EST) -- A bipartisan coalition of U.S. senators is seeking to extend tax incentives for offshore wind energy investment and production until 2020, while eying new legislation that would enhance and increase initiatives for emerging offshore wind projects.
