Chinese Garlic Cos. Get Injunction Against Customs

Law360, New York (March 5, 2010, 12:55 PM EST) -- A federal judge has issued a preliminary injunction barring U.S. Customs and Border Protection from liquidating entries of garlic that were exported to the United States by three Chinese companies until their dispute over anti-dumping duties is resolved.

Judge Delissa A. Ridgway of the U.S. Court of International Trade granted Jinan Yipin Corp. Ltd., Linshu Dading Private Agricultural Products Co. Ltd. and Sunny Import and Export Co.
