US Ball Bearing Maker Seeks To Sink ITC Duty Order

Law360, New York (March 5, 2010, 3:35 PM EST) -- In an angry response to a U.S. International Trade Commission determination, U.S. producer and importer NSK Corp. has asked a judge to instruct the ITC to revoke an anti-dumping duty order on ball bearings imported from the U.K.

NSK, which makes ball bearings but also imports them from sister companies in the U.K. and Japan, filed its response Thursday in the U.S. Court of International Trade, demanding that Judge Judith M. Barzilay send the case back to the ITC to re-evaluate — again — its finding...
