More Banks Sued In Wolf Run's 3rd Web Patent Suit

By Mike Cherney (March 8, 2010, 6:00 PM EST) -- Wolf Run Hollow LLC has fired off its third lawsuit in four months against banks it alleges infringe a patent related to sending secure messages across insecure networks.

Wolf Run, which describes itself as the exclusive licensee of the patent-at-issue, filed suit against about a dozen banks Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. The suit is virtually identical to those it filed in October and February.
