Commerce Blasts Stay On Taiwanese Steel Duty Suits

Law360, New York (March 9, 2010, 1:31 PM EST) -- The U.S. government has objected to a Taiwanese steel producer’s bid to stay litigation over anti-dumping duties pending an appeal in a related case, saying the proposed delay will only allow the company more wriggle room in its quest to overturn duties.
