Dotcom Securities Class Action Survives

Law360 (December 20, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- A securities class action suit against executives of former web hosting firm Exodus Communications Inc. and its underwriters, dating back to the dotcom bust, has just reached the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Exodus former Chief Executive Ellen Hancock cross-appealed a previous dismissal by the district court on Monday. The recent move added to an appeal filed by a group of plaintiffs at the end of November, which seeks to turn over a number of the lower court’s rulings.
