American Signature Granted Injunction In Duties Spat

Law360, New York (March 11, 2010, 6:42 PM EST) -- A federal appeals court has reversed the U.S. Court of International Trade's denial of a temporary injunction barring the government from reassessing duties against American Signature Inc. for wooden bedroom furniture from China.
