Disabled Ex-Baker & McKenzie Atty's Suit Trimmed

Law360, New York (March 12, 2010, 2:37 PM EST) -- A federal judge has dismissed breach of contract, defamation, negligence and other claims brought by an attorney suffering from a chronic degenerative spinal disease who sued Baker & McKenzie LLP after he was terminated from the firm in 2007.

Judge Elaine E. Bucklo's ruling, issued Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, left standing two of plaintiff David Kronenberg's claims related to alleged violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
