BP Seeks To Unravel Franchisees' Contract Suit

Law360, New York (March 12, 2010, 6:50 PM EST) -- BP Products North America Inc. has asked a federal judge to dismiss a group of New Jersey gas stations' suit accusing the energy company of notifying of its intent to end franchise agreements without compensating station owners, a violation of state law.
