ITC Finds Italy's Plastic Tape Surplus Requires Duties

Law360, New York (March 16, 2010, 5:54 PM EDT) -- Italy produces larges surpluses of pressure-sensitive plastic tape available for export, the U.S. International Trade Commission has said in a new report that explains why anti-dumping duties on the product have been maintained.

U.S. and Italian PSP tape, which is typically used for packaging, are highly interchangeable with each other, Monday's report said.
