Brake Problem Prompts Honda To Recall 400K Cars

Law360, New York (March 16, 2010, 4:45 PM EDT) -- American Honda Motor Co. Inc. announced Tuesday that it will recall approximately 412,000 cars in the U.S. to modify their vehicle stability assist modulator, which causes brake problems in affected vehicles.

The recall will include about 344,000 Odyssey and 68,000 Element vehicles from the 2007-2008 model years, and Honda will begin to notify customers in April, the automaker said in a statement.
