DOC Recalculates SKF Germany's Anti-Dumping Duties

Law360, New York (March 17, 2010, 4:00 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce has recalculated its dumping margin for SKF GmbH's ball bearings to comply with remand instructions issued by the U.S. Court of International Trade.

Commerce filed its redetermination with the CIT on Tuesday, saying that the new calculation method ordered by the court changed the weighted-average margin for SKF's German unit from 4.15 percent to 1.97 percent for the period spanning from May 1, 2006, to April 30, 2007.
