Milberg Weiss Takes Another Blow

Law360 (January 1, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- In another setback for the beleaguered plaintiffs firm Milberg Weiss & Bershad LLP, a judge ruled that the company should not act as lead counsel in a class-action against Ford Motor Company's retirement plan.

Milberg Weiss was indicted in May for allegedly paying $11.3 million in kickbacks to plaintiffs from its cases.
