4 More Vietnamese Fish Exporters Evade Duties

Law360, New York (March 17, 2010, 6:25 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce on Wednesday issued final results of an anti-dumping duty administrative review for certain frozen fish fillets from Vietnam, finding four respondents should not be subject to any duties but requiring duties as high as $2.11 per kilogram for some other companies.
