Auto Industry Group Takes EPA's Side On GHG Limits

Law360, New York (March 18, 2010, 4:24 PM EDT) -- A coalition of major U.S. automakers including Ford Motor Co. and General Motors Co. is fighting an attempt by Sen. Lisa Murkowski, R-Alaska, to block the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency from taking action on greenhouse gases, saying that it could halt implementation of a national fuel standard.
