Biomet Off Hook For Elbow Fixator Claims

Law360, New York (March 22, 2010, 6:21 PM EDT) -- The Colorado Court of Appeals has affirmed the dismissal of a failure-to-warn lawsuit over EBI OptiRom, saying Biomet Inc. and a subsidiary are not liable for a permanent injury to a man's arm because the companies had warned his physician of the risks associated with using the external elbow fixator.
