AIG Agrees To $9M Lehman Derivatives Swap Deal

Law360, New York (March 22, 2010, 7:00 PM EDT) -- AIG Markets Inc. has agreed to pay the financing arm of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. the $9.1 million it owes under a 2004 swap agreement, ending Lehman's push to force AIG into compliance with the deal.
