More Chinese Oil Pipe Cos. Protest Duties In Court

Law360, New York (March 23, 2010, 1:42 PM EDT) -- Zhejiang Jianli Industry Group Co. Ltd. and several affiliates are the latest Chinese oil country tubular goods makers and exporters to take umbrage at the federal government's application of countervailing duties to its products, lodging a complaint that says the methodology could result in double counting.
