Fed. Circ. Rulings Offer Mixed Bag For Patent Owners

Law360, New York (April 16, 2010, 12:01 PM EDT) -- Decisions by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit over the past few months could lead to more invalidity claims that challenge patents for failing the written description standard and could restrict large damages awards for patent holders, according to intellectual property attorneys.
