Gen-Probe Sues Becton Dickinson Again Over Test IP

Law360, New York (March 24, 2010, 5:22 PM EDT) -- Following up on a suit accusing Becton Dickinson & Co. of infringing eight patents related to a diagnostic test system, Gen-Probe Inc. has launched a new suit claiming that a product Becton Dickinson obtained in its recent acquisition of HandyLab Inc. also infringes four of the patents.
