Union Steel Wants Dumping Margin Recalculated

Law360, New York (March 24, 2010, 1:15 PM EDT) -- South Korea-based Union Steel Manufacturing Co. Ltd. has filed a lawsuit challenging the dumping margin and cash deposit rate the U.S. Department of Commerce set for it in an administrative review of an anti-dumping order on corrosion-resistant carbon steel flat products.

Union Steel lodged its complaint in the U.S. Court of International Trade on Tuesday, taking aim at the final results of the 15th anti-dumping duty administrative review covering certain steel products from the Republic of Korea.
