Suit Filed Over Plan To Close New York Hospitals

Law360 (January 3, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A lawsuit was filed Wednesday to try stop the closure of hospitals in New York, alleging the state violated the Constitution by allowing appointed members of a commission to make sweeping changes in health care policy.
