AstraZeneca OT Class Action Halted On Appeal

Law360, New York (March 25, 2010, 2:34 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has ruled that the lead plaintiff in a putative overtime class action against AstraZeneca LP was barred from bringing claims under a Pennsylvania statute exempting administrative employees, upholding a district court's dismissal but relying on different reasoning.
