Law360, New York (March 25, 2010, 3:00 PM EDT) -- Oleksandr Dorozhko has lost a case accusing the Ukrainian man of hacking the computers of a publicly traded medical company and using stolen information to reap a windfall at the market, following his failure to oppose the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's motion for summary judgment.
