Davis Wright Fired Secretary For Panic Attacks: Suit

Law360, New York (March 25, 2010, 3:35 PM EDT) -- A former Davis Wright Tremaine LLP legal secretary has claimed that the Seattle-based law firm fired her because she suffered from panic attacks she said were triggered by an increased workload after layoffs at the firm in the summer of 2009.

Nancy Topolski initially sued her former employer in Oregon state court in February, but the firm filed a notice on March 18 to remove the case to the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon.
