Insurers Liable For Fulton Asbestos Defense: Judge

Law360, New York (March 26, 2010, 7:27 PM EDT) -- The federal judge overseeing Fulton Boiler Works Inc.'s suit accusing a half dozen insurers of failing to defend and indemnify it against long-standing asbestos litigation has concluded that the defendants are required to pay the entire existing defense costs arising out of the asbestos claims.
