Justices Grill Attys In Foreign-Cubed Case

Law360, New York (March 29, 2010, 6:37 PM EDT) -- U.S. Supreme Court justices questioned Monday why foreign plaintiffs should get to sue foreign companies for foreign securities transactions in U.S. courts, and they considered whether allowing such cases to proceed would strip other nations of full regulatory control of their own stock markets.
