Law360, New York (March 30, 2010, 6:40 PM EDT) -- In a unanimous ruling handed down Tuesday, the U.S. Supreme Court affirmed a decades-old standard courts have used to tackle disputes over the fees charged by mutual fund advisers, overturning a recent attempt by a federal appeals court to carve out a new path.
