The Growth Of Agricultural Competition Enforcement

Law360, New York (April 15, 2010, 11:12 AM EDT) -- Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack and Attorney General Eric Holder led the joint effort of the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the Department of Justice in hosting the first workshop exploring competition issues affecting the agriculture industry in the 21st century — and the appropriate role for antitrust and other regulatory enforcement in the industry.
