Sierra Club Seeks To Defend Calif. Emissions Limits

Law360, New York (April 1, 2010, 1:57 PM EDT) -- The Sierra Club and other environmental groups have asked a federal court for permission to intervene on behalf of California in a suit filed by a group of trade associations and energy lobbyists challenging carbon emissions limits recently passed by the state.
