Exxon Franchisees' Suit Over Gas Prices Trimmed

Law360, New York (April 6, 2010, 2:41 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has dismissed claims of breach of contract and violation of a New Jersey fuel price law brought against Exxon Mobil Corp. by a pair of franchisees, which claim the energy giant tried to put them out of business by setting unprofitable gasoline prices.
