South Butt Settles With North Face In Trademark Spat

Law360, New York (April 5, 2010, 1:21 PM EDT) -- A trademark infringement and dilution lawsuit brought by The North Face Apparel Corp. against The South Butt LLC, a self-styled parody of its more well-known rival, has been settled, according to an attorney close to the case.
