Regent Aims To Block Equity Committee Formation

Law360, New York (April 5, 2010, 1:27 PM EDT) -- Regent Communications Inc. has asked a judge to block the creation of an equity committee representing stockholders in its bankruptcy proceedings, saying valuation issues raised by a private equity firm would be better addressed at a scheduled plan confirmation hearing.
