Law360, New York (April 7, 2010, 1:19 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has refused to throw out a North Carolina woman's Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act claims in a suit accusing New Line Cinema Corp. and nearly three dozen entertainment companies, actors and others of stealing her screenplay and turning it into the 2005 movie “Monster in Law.”
