Chinese Paint Brush Duties To Get Full ITC Review

Law360, New York (April 7, 2010, 1:21 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has announced it will conduct a full review of anti-dumping duties on imported natural bristle paint brushes from China in order to analyze the potential impact of changes in market conditions.

The review, announced Monday in a notice in the Federal Register, will seek to determine whether lifting the duties, in place since 1986, risk continuation or recurrence of material injury to the U.S. paint brush market.
