Industry Groups Challenge Final GHG Rulemaking

Law360, New York (April 6, 2010, 7:04 PM EDT) -- A coalition of industry groups has lodged a petition challenging the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's recent decision to require large stationary sources of greenhouse gas emissions to apply for Clean Air Act permits starting in January.
