Law360, New York (April 6, 2010, 4:43 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has tossed a proposed class action accusing Church & Dwight Co. Inc. of making latex condoms with a spermicidal lubricant that allegedly can increase the risk of HIV transmission, saying federal regulators are in a better position to address the issue.
