Sperm Bank Not Liable For 'Defective' Semen: 3rd Circ.

Law360, New York (April 6, 2010, 3:55 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has upheld a lower court decision denying the strict products liability claims of a mother against a semen bank they accused of selling sperm with a genetic mutation that has caused her child's developmental disabilities.
