Green Mountain Faces CERCLA Suit Over Toxic Vt. Site

Law360, New York (April 8, 2010, 2:53 PM EDT) -- A Vermont real estate developer has filed a breach of contract suit against Green Mountain Power Corp. for cleanup costs at a site it used to own, saying the electricity provider is responsible for spills that contaminated the site with polychlorinated biphenyls and other toxic compounds.
